读《西窗法雨》 ---探根究源的看法律 听师兄推荐《西窗法雨》，说此刘同学的这本书乃“探究法律精神的经典入门之作”，遂借得一本，待看时，果真如序言所言有随风潜入夜，润物细无声的意思，法律精神与只言片语中得其精髓，与点点滴滴之间掀起波澜。 从其分散的众篇章中发现《法律的最终效力》一文，看罢若有所思。...(3回应)
