Why We Get Sick

better read current books in similar topic firstly than this one

Why We Get Sick

The approach is definitely breaking through and offers insights. However its suggestions and theories require more in-depth and scientific research. In other words, few could be practiced and applied in the daily life. Moreover, it should be pointed out that the book is written 15 years ago. An u...(0回应)

The Google Story

Having a healthy disregard for the impossible

The Google Story

A must-read for Google fans. Knowing how it originally comes from and grows up let u understand the inner spirit better. A great company serves a purpose. Keeping the purpose and serving it beyond best makes a company great. Moreover, the phrase Page said in the first chapter - “Having a health...(0回应)

Entertained to read and practical to follow. After reading, for sure u should get a sense of how the habit is composed of (cues/routine/reward), works and its applications/influneces in personal and corporate life. Moreover, u should learn the ways of changing old/daunting habits and forming new/good habits.

The China Study
It's kinda eye-opening and mind-refreshing experiences.

Very informative and thorough research. Revealing the ugly side of the US company. A must-read for all consumers caring about health and food safety.

The End of Money
An interesting book about cash(banknote/coin) in the dawn of the coming cashless age. Besides talking about its past, present and future, introduce various perspectives (society, economics, reglion, culture, etc.) to examine the good, the bad and the ugly of the cash.

The book enables me to understand at least some myth around the Chinese big 4 banks:1.The underneath of their sterling performances; 2.The no-difference result of the bank reform, besides their superficial modern organizations; 3.The difficulties lying in the way of the banks further reform as well as the financial sys

Very inspiring! The Internet makes the world as a loop and acts as an accelerator and amplifier to make surprising (good/bad, expected/unimaginable) impact to the world as well as what the railway did to Chicago. The book provides different perspectives on the meltdown of Iceland and 2008 financial crisis.
