中学的时候读过这本书，中文版，平野先生翻译。对于一个处于少年时期的孩子来说，这书信太过鼓舞人心，和看傅雷家书或者约翰克里斯朵夫一样，想把每句话都背下来，以之作为人生的准则。十多年过后再看了英文版的，这次看得非常慢，用的是零星的时间。很多章节反反复复翻来覆去的读。很多时候是在上班路上看的，甚至...(0回应)

用了12天的时间读毕走出非洲，虽然多是用零星的时间拼凑起来，却感觉从那一句''I had a farm in Africa''开始，就深深沉浸在这本书的氛围里，一气呵成。这12天，其中有8天在苏格兰度过。虽然苏格兰和非洲很不同，却有非常惊人的相似的气质，觉得真是读这本书的合适的地方。读到小鹿Lulu的时候，更是想起来在高地看到的原...(0回应)
