工作很值得尊敬，但作為工具書而言，望文生義的錯誤也不少。例如，同一本類書，只是因為南宋的本子和明代的本子在被時人收入目錄時用了不同的名字，就分別列入目錄兩次。另外，參考的書目有限。這並不是說做此工具書必須參考所有的可見的前人目錄，而是說，在談到一個時代的類書時，需要照顧同時期相應的藏書樓和私人藏...(3回应)

对于考察社会行为的历史变迁作品，我还是喜欢韦伯对人和结构的dualism的处理。否则要么陷入逻辑和当下的形而上价值的影响，要么陷入历史过程的合理性，而最可怕的就是非要把二者合二为一互相证明。前两者可能带来研究的不严密和无力量，而合二为一就成了一个tautology，一个政治说辞。
