非常精辟的总结了交互式设计的准则：简约。不同于极简主义，这里强调的是给予用户掌控一切的感觉，而把计算和存储交给机器来解决。实现方法是删除、组织、隐藏、转移。

将心注入
作者的成功未必可以复制，但是他从创业者转型为管理者再到领导者的心路历程却是值得很多人借鉴的。你可以看到他的成功有那么多的偶然因素导致，但是所有的机会都来源于他坚定不移的理想和价值观，对事业的持久的激情，思考和自省。所以看起来的偶然其实是必然。这本书的最后几篇明显有刻意美化和辩解的味道，不如前面几篇的坦白自然和行云流水。总之是本不错的书，值得一读。
