笔译的标准到底是什么？求助

我读的是此书的07年版本 我想知道此书07年版的是不是好一些？ 为什么07版最后一章法律翻译如此C蛋？ 书中为以下翻译： “where a contract is null and void,revoked or terminated，the validity of such relevant clause on the ways for setting disputes as is independently existing in contract shall not be affected” 这段想表达的是什么？ 再看下官方版本： “If a contract is null and void, revoked or terminated, it shall not affect the validity of the dispute settlement clause which is independently existing in the contract.” 合同法 57条原文 合同无效、被撤销或终止的，不影响合同中独立存在的有关解决争议方法的条款的效力 大概是考试基本不涉及法律翻译，所以最后一章就胡乱写的么? 那二笔考试的标准是以人能看到懂为依据还是以此书为依据？ 二笔考试考完以后，社会上有多承认？大家说说呗... 谢谢... 哦，对了，先谢国家... |
