This book is great in that it has many exmaples of the carried-out experiments in applied linguistics. How these researches have been designed, and how the researchers and their associates have worked out the formes tables, histograms. It teaches me a lot about the statistics applicable to linguistics, and improved my thoughts and experiment-design abilities. |
