6.4.1 Lvalues and Rvalues

when addressing, copying and moving, two properties matter:
- has identity: name, pointer, reference?
- movable: not copy, but move
For any thing in memory, there are two fundamental questions:
- where?  -> starting address
- how it lays out?  -> content layout
