勘误一则

中文简体版（西北大学出版社，第115页）内容如下：
相对的，它透过谐拟的形式暴露出了法（nomos）中的无法，紧急状态作为包含在法秩序核心中的无法/失序驱力。
中文繁体版（麦田出版社，第203页）内容为：
“相对的，它透过一个谐拟的形式暴露出来法中的无法、紧急状态作为包含在法（nomos）的核心中的无法驱力。”
英文译文对应内容为：
rather, it brings to light in a parodic form the anomie within the law, the state of emergency as the anomic drive contained in the very heart of the nomos.
意大利原文对应内容为：
ma porta alla luce in forma parodica l’anomia interna al diritto, lo stato di emergenza come pulsione anomica contenuta nel cuore stesso del nomos.
综上，台湾麦田出版社的译文是正确的，西北大学出版社的译文出现了很奇怪的错置。“法中无法”里的“法”显然是diritto，“法的核心中无法”里的“法”指的是nomos，而非与法秩序相对应的juridical order，即ordine giuridico。不知道为什么中文简体版会莫名其妙地让nomos替代diritto，用法秩序取代nomos。
