Methods:
1. steering attention: 转移注意力，  political常用战术，内部压力，发动国外战争
2. the forced cycle of problem, reaction and solution: political常用战术，e.g 大规模裁员 ->很多人失业->cut wages
3. gradation of change: 俗称温水煮青蛙
4. postponement of changes: e.g养老金未来10年就不够了，延迟退休，现在不马上执行，2年之后再搞
 5. address in children's language
6. replace reflection with emotions: 媒体常用，随处可见
7. promotion ignorance:  Make sure the public is incapable of understanding the technolgies and methods used to control and enslave. Ignorance can include not-knowing and not wanting to know. 所以在网上吵架很多时候是没有意义。罗翔老师也说越是没受过教育的人，越坚定的认定自己的观点。只有见得越多，你的思想才会越复杂，才会知道世界很多东西都是多面的。一刀切的政策对执政者而言是简单而有效的，但是对于普通民众而言，可能就是落到头上的一把刀，参考当下。
