引Barclay Price 的 From Shanghai to Surrey - The Chinese in Britain: A History of Visitors and Settlers（2019），列最早到英国的中国人，有沈福宗（Shen Fu Tsung，1756），林奇官（Loum Kiqua，1769），谭其华（Tan Chitqua，1770），黄亚东（Wang-y-Tong）等等
根据后文引沈艾娣 The perils of interpreting 时，改“郭极观”为“（宁波民人郭瑞之子）郭杰官”（页157脚注），这位Tan Chitqua的名字 Chitqua 似乎也应该是“杰官”一类的字；“其华”音不太能对得上。
