I’m simply describing the philosophy many Cuban women seem to display when it comes to casual sex. There are many, perhaps even a majority of Cuban women who are in either marriages, or long term monogamous relationships. But the eyes don’t lie, Cuban women are completely sexually liberated, and a surprising number of them are available.
