I think until the end of his life he was afraid. A lot of these people who suffered so much thought that the present was just another political movement. They were never sure that things would not go back to the way they were.
这一章写的好有感情，总觉得张彤和很少表现出感情，这一点和何伟不同。但是这一章，真的很有感情。

读完了这本书，在致谢的最后一行才找到何伟：
