This then ,I say ,is the one and only way for the people of Europe ,for the people of the countries now at war ,not only to get out of this war ,but to save the civilisation of Europe ,—to save the civilisation of the world ,and that is for them now to tear up their present Magna Charta ,—a Magna Charta not of liberty ,but a Magna Charta of Loyalty ;in fact to adopt the Religion of good citizenship with its Magna Charta of Loyalty such as we Chinese have here in China .
