父母不应该否定事实，而是应该表示理解，说妈妈明白你此刻的感受，妈妈在工作的时候如果做的不如别人我也会觉得很失望，但是妈妈会通过不断的努力，来做到最好。妈妈相信你也可以。
小时候的经历到的失望、失败感在青少年的时候会被放大，对自己、对家人会更自卑失望。
