How do we give feedback?
Giving feedback is giving information to learners about their learning. 
Focus on:
Learners’ language
Learners’ skills
The ideas in their work
The ideas in their behaviour
Their attitude to learning
Their attitude to their progress

Feedback to
The whole class

Purposes of feedback:
Motivate learners
Help learners understand what their problems are and how they can improve

Personal reflection:
Teachers had better listen to students’ conversation and analyze their disadvatages and then provide positive encouragement. Students are apt to accept suggestions if they are praised fisrt. Providing useful and approriate advice with more verbs and nouns is better than mere encouragement.
It is fairly reasonable to collect students’ learning data and analyze horizontally. Teachers had better learn knowledge about offering appropriate suggestions as well.
