A Constitution view of Human Persons

On the Constitution View, what makes a human person a person is the capacity to have a first-person perspective. What makes a human person a human is being constituted by a human organism.
1- the first-person perspective: one can think about oneself as oneself and think about one's thought as one's own. In order to have FP perspective, one must be the subject of numerous, intentional states of various kind, which means a capacity for FP perspective:
An object x has the capacity for a first-person perspective at t if and only if x has all the structural properties at t required for a first-person perspective and either (i) x has manifested a first-person perspective at some time before t or (ii) x is in an environment at t conducive to the development and maintenance of a first-person perspective.
2-human organism：a human body is the object of his FP reference, which is constituted by a biological entity-an organism, a number of the species Homo sapiens-to support FP intentional states.
实际上是做了将Bio-Psy两方面做了一个综合。不过很值得玩味的是the first-person perspective。Noonan反驳循环论证的一个做法就是将person替换成self，再进一步换成I，这样一来，the reference of I就可以有多种解释而不必陷入循环之中。
