平凡人的那些小瞬间

It’s a book that I wanted to read again the first time I finished it.
And so I did.
On the Christmas Eve of 1985, in the small Irish town, Sarah walked alongside Bill Furlong, through what feels like the longest way home.
She vomited. She was out of breath. She walked barefoot.
And yet, when she stopped at the town square, she stroked and pushed the snow off the donkey figure’s ear.
“Isn’t he lovely,” she said.
And right there, in this cold winter night, we saw, small things like these - the moments when the past meets the present, the moments that are brave and lovely.
