A Lost Secret

    At the beginning of The Necromancer (by Michael Scott), Nicholas gives Sophie and Josh some time to rest back in San Francisco.
    Now Nicholas has found his wife, Perenelle, who has escaped Alcatraz.

    However things are not getting better. The Codex is gone; Nicholas has lost contact with Scathach, Joan, and Saint Germain who should have arrived at Mount Tam by a leygate in the Notre Dame. Instead they seem to be trapped in the distant past.

    In case you don’t know, the Codex is a book that can destroy the world. But all is not lost. Josh managed to rip out the two of the most important pages before Dee stole the book.

    But Dee has been declared utlaga and he doesn’t seem to be serving his masters anymore, he wants the world for himself. Even worse, Dee has been collecting monsters in the cells of Alcatraz- he plans to loose the monsters on San Francisco. Similar collections of these monsters are in most of the major cities of the world.

    Nicholas’s goal is to train Sophie and Josh in all 5 magics. Sophie has been trained in Air, Fire, and Water magic and Josh has been trained in Water.

    Josh has almost completely -or already lost his trust in Nicholas and Perenelle. He is thinking about Dee. Dee always talked about Nicholas as his equal, but Nicholas always talked down to Dee. Josh doesn’t know who is right. Dee or Nicholas?

    The struggle is close to hopeless.
