Just finished, I have a feeling journalism writing becomes a bright star in the realm of literature, by books such as this one. And I guess as many other readers, I was surprised by the depth and expanse of the Quran and Islam, but more importantly, by the connection and shared values between cultures. After all, we are all humans, and for a religion which last so long, how would it not possible to reflect basic and advanced human values? Maybe just because of this, Quran and the teachings of Muhammad is worth its position in human history and modern world. This is a point we need to reflect upon and be serious about, for the conflict between the cultures is heading to a wrong direction. Unless more of us are willing to equip with the experience and emotional connection with "the others", we, as a whole, won't get out of this happily or even alive.
Btw, the writing is really good, you will love it.
