作者是北卡 格林斯伯勒分校的教授，书写的很诚恳也很幽默，建议老师和博士人手一本。书名确实应该叫How to write more productively during the normal work week with less anxiety and guilt.
Writing is a skill, not an innate gift of a special talent. You should practise practise practice.
Just find a set of regular times, write them in your weekly planner, and write during those times. Making a schedule is the secret to productive writing. Clear goals are directly motivating—they enabled people to plan, carry out instrumental actions, and feel proud when the goal has been accomplished. People must monitor their progress toward the goal, self-observation alone can cause desired behaviors. Goal setting is part of the process of writing, you need to write these goals down. Display your list of goals. Set a concrete goal for every day of writing. Plot goal and words data by day of the week. The scheduled writers don’t get writer’s block.
