This is a great book for all ages. It's also a good book if one does not have a big chunk of time - Pick a letter and read it whenever you have time. It's about daily life, things we all has and will run into. It's nice to read someone else's opinion. Besides the author's point of view is very insightful.
Cheryl Strayed is no doubt a good writer and she’d experienced some horrible horrible things in life that most of us wouldn’t dare to imagine. But boy does she a bad adviser! Clearly she has MANY unresolved issues psychologically and this makes her every advice a mini-memoir, which takes a toll to read.
There so many ways to have a fucked up life, but only one way to come back: love urself and love others. So simple but so fucking hard. Thank you, Cheryl Strayed, for being one of the beautiful things in my life.

开始看的时候觉得鸡汤味挺浓的，看着看着觉得作者讲得很有道理，有种related to the one who posed the question的味道，有学习到。另外，有很多短语的搭配也不错，从英语学习的角度来说，也值得看看。

只说其中的一篇，母亲离世以后，这是第一次有人离我的内心最近距离地对我的抚慰，我简直想把这篇印出来贴在我的心窝。感谢是在这个时候，而不是过早的时候，认识了dear sugar。其他好几篇也看得我心情起伏荡漾。这是一碗特别好喝的鸡汤。

2017年4月。有时觉得每个人一生都会遇到一些不可理喻的悲剧，最重要的是我们怎么面对它。有一篇看得我痛哭失声，有一篇看得我失魂落魄，更多篇看得我觉得这个世界温暖如春。

如果按照台湾话的翻译，就是小确幸。如果按照书的内容，其实就是连岳回答大家的问题。但是回答人真是无比的美好，正能量又不太鸡汤，这很难得。非常值得所有20-30岁阶段的人读读的情感专栏！

The constant 'sweet peas' and 'honey buns' are quite annoying, but overall, a great read.

Commute read. I’m definitely more intrigued by how people perceive and frame their problems than the advice given by the author.
