不敢相信我竟读完了!!这应该是窝真正读完的第一本英文书了哈哈哈哈哈哈上帝!就如之前亚马逊上一哥们评价的一样,跟其他的励志书不一样,The Happiness Advantage给出了确切的行动方案以及一系列完全有权威的实验来证明它们。励志书给我一种百分之九十九在说废话,最后看了觉得自己懂了好多其实并不,的刻板印象;但这本真的不同,虽然有时我也觉得话有点多,但每个词都有它存在的意义,要么是点要么是解... 不敢相信我竟读完了!!这应该是窝真正读完的第一本英文书了哈哈哈哈哈哈上帝!就如之前亚马逊上一哥们评价的一样,跟其他的励志书不一样,The Happiness Advantage给出了确切的行动方案以及一系列完全有权威的实验来证明它们。励志书给我一种百分之九十九在说废话,最后看了觉得自己懂了好多其实并不,的刻板印象;但这本真的不同,虽然有时我也觉得话有点多,但每个词都有它存在的意义,要么是点要么是解释要么是例子。另外,内容也非常非常有价值。不但解答了好多生活里的窝之前就意识到但没追究的现象,而且作者建议去做的行动也看起来会很有效。窝之前准备读到一个就去试一个的后来自己给无视了(?),既然现在读完了决定立刻开始行动!好多建议其实窝自认为已经迷之达到了,还蛮自豪,继续往更positive进发!!! 主要运用实验和数据来阐述观点,观点并不是很新鲜。不甜不咸的一本书!
