感觉很难打分的一本书,前面用什么quantum physics来讲吸引力法则,给人感觉在悬乎和扯淡之间。最后的第三部分讲meditation还是实用一点点,但是作者非常啰嗦。值得记住的地方是不要陷入习惯性的情绪里,情绪决定身体状态,重复经历会形成你的性格。要想改变生活状态,就要改变心态,从克服自己的负面情绪开始,然后假想成自己想要的状态,慢慢就会成真。

前面几章真的非常惊艳,后面几章非常拖沓。这本书可以写成一个一千字的综述基本上大义就概括了。

FQ下载的免费英文电子版。看了整整两天半看完了。居然是8年以前的书了。 这本书稍微有点神棍。中心思想大概可以概括为,这个世界是由意识决定物质的,你过去的的经历决定了你对某些特定的事物有什么样的感觉和想法,而这种想法和感觉会形成特定的身体记忆,构成你行为的模式。

一开始以为是神棍。。。前几章扯量子力学,脑科学。。。但很意外没有任何纰漏。。。。太厉害了
