高中时为了某个人读但最终记住却是KarenBlixen. The oxen is perpetually powerful.
第一章写得特别美，后面就还好。很有意思的是，无意中撞到的几位西方作家，凡是让我觉得行文有一种意境之美的，作家本人都对东方特别感兴趣。比如黑塞，还有威廉布莱克，和本书的作者。

没有什么主要情节的小说，语言和非洲只有治愈的爱
因为深爱同名的电影而找书来看。书里并没有太多的爱情，有的只是她对非洲生活的点滴回忆。看似平淡如水的文字下面流淌着真挚的热爱与怀念。
看过知道为什么海明威欣赏这部作品了。（not saying this as a compliment
