旧日英伦绅士的挽歌，以及失败人生之必然。开始读起来有点无聊的碎碎念竞勾勒出如此有血有肉的英伦绅士形象。那种尊严框架里极度的敬业忠诚，以及必然的局限性让我不禁想起日本。也许是我读过的小说里文笔最克制最收敛最不加判断的。
