Emphasize on chapter 1 to 5, the economic growth theory is good enough for a beginner or an econ Ph.D . (展开)

Don't understand why it is so popular

This book is not very rigrous in mathematical details, nor is it intuitive enough. I guess this is due to the fact that David is an neo-keynesian economist, maybe writing a lecture notes discussing IS-LM-BP-IA-PC is a much easier task for him. But still, ... (展开)
