自此，又刷新了我对小说的认识和英国作家对人性的理解。艾米丽确实是十九世纪最出众的女作家。这个世界，从来都是女性对男性的理解深于男性对女性的认知。男人的很多不幸都是源于女人的缺失。幼年丧母，青年丧失恋人。整部书都是高潮。有人说阅读过程很不愉快，我觉得人性的枷锁才叫压抑的不愉快呢，呼啸山庄畸形，虐恋，充满暴力虐待的画面感，却毫无不适。艾米丽这部作品既使单从结构上看也是完美的，就是一个现成的剧本。
