读诗太累了。Tired of interpreting...
Of all the Whitman edtions, I love this one most--elegant,clean, comprehensive,informative, with some good essays on the poet by writers and scholars.
老师说，我们需要做 both paranoid and reparative reading。我很同意。“Song of Myself" is the most beautiful and horrifying poem I have ever read.

读的时候一直在发笑，亦庄亦谐，读完绝不会认为它是轻松的作品。

至今還沒有全讀完，其中的Calamus我讀得比較細。外行看見這詩集標題的翻譯以為惠特曼是婉約派，實際上他是豪放派！
