最开始读的时候惊为天人，前面的部分革新了我的性观念，让我换个方式看性。我都开始感叹CBT其实好有用。 但正式进入sexual intelligence这个部分，去详细讲解头脑，身体和情绪这3个组成部分时，我就开始觉得有点啰嗦重复了。 这些部分有性知识科普，有心理咨询科普，还有在重复前面的部分 。 但整体而言，还是值得翻一翻前面章节的。
