Being a better you and influencing your surroundings, an inside-out approach to improve our society. I like the part about self-improvement, it’s never a bad idea to be more moral and have higher values. With regard to public victory, I have doubt if it might work as the reality is cruel and peoples are diversified.

道理看起来都很通俗易懂，但日常生活中却容易无意识沦陷。这不是一本为顺遂生活锦上添花的书，而是教人如何在信任动摇、矛盾产生、自我调节失控的情况下，理性的分析底层逻辑，归纳出一套利己利人的思维方式。后两章稍微有点冗长

略读，七个习惯是一整套做事为人的准则。很有体系。强调的是认准目标，有方向的行动。在此基础上再讲管理时间，与人合作的技巧。不主张速成，立意很高。值得读。 不过作者文笔一般，很多东西重复讲。看得有点无聊。全书精髓在每章开篇前几页，每章结束时的实践指导，还有所有的图表。如果想快速过一遍，看这几部分就够了。
