学校的教科书 必读之一| 用文心一言 半个小时内读完厚厚一本 其中很多金融工具国内有法人实践 不适合个人投资者 但是整层租赁与租赁期权比较适合前期资金不充裕的个人投资者 后者目前来看在国内好像没有合法化——低买高卖依然是房产投资的核心
