故事情节是任何一个对日本抱有刻板印象的西方人都能编出来的，然而中间几段完全不能融入全文的对日本文化的批评又竟然很精辟到位。

整体来说还是诺冬的一贯风格，不过中间大闹办公室那一段感觉过于天马行空了，整个故事都有一种浓厚的日漫风格，职场新人大冒险那种，不管是主人公还是其他人都非常卡通式的夸张。不过诺冬的小说的特色又是非常来自于她的真实体验，所以觉得更加不可思议。看到中间以为写飞了，但是后面扫厕所那一段又非常有趣，加上突然严肃起来的一段分析还是挺到位的。
