罗伯特·卡普兰(Robert S. Kaplan)是哈佛商学院的会计学教授。他曾在卡奈基梅隆大学的工业管理研究生任教,于1977年至1983年担任院长。卡普兰为北美和欧洲的许多一流公司的业绩和成本管理系统设计担任顾问,经常在北美、欧洲和以色列举行研讨会,并在全球各地演讲。目前,他担任J. I. 基斯拉克组织(迈阿密)的理事、复兴方案公司的董事和泰克尼恩理事会(以色列科技学院)的学术委员会委员。他的研究方向为快速变化环境下制造业和服务业组织的新成本计量和业绩管理系统。作为8本书和100多篇论文的著者或合著者,卡普兰获得了多项教学和论著方面的奖励。
