边旅游墨西哥边看的这本书,看着书里的描述在眼前呈现,书也在旅行结束看完了。非常棒的一本书。读这本书后对墨西哥的历史有了一定的了解,从开始对墨西哥历史的一头雾水,到现在对大框架有了一定的概念。期待玛雅这本书今年11月的新版。

古代墨西哥文明综述,虽然没有详细展开,但提供了中美文明玛雅以北的所有文明发展脉络,其中包括许多传统视角不太关注的区域,是很优秀的入门材料。本书和The Maya :Ancient Peoples and Places为同一系列,共同构建了一个完整的古代中美文明体系。很难相信本书初版是1962年,作者五十多年中一直不懈的吸收新内容进行修订令人敬佩,本书为第七版(已出第八版可我没找到资源),中美洲的早... 古代墨西哥文明综述,虽然没有详细展开,但提供了中美文明玛雅以北的所有文明发展脉络,其中包括许多传统视角不太关注的区域,是很优秀的入门材料。本书和The Maya :Ancient Peoples and Places为同一系列,共同构建了一个完整的古代中美文明体系。很难相信本书初版是1962年,作者五十多年中一直不懈的吸收新内容进行修订令人敬佩,本书为第七版(已出第八版可我没找到资源),中美洲的早期奥尔梅克年表已更新,国内中文资料至少我看到的都还在使用旧年表,不知第八版有什么新改动。 (展开)
