Gregory was without doubt a transdisciplinary thinker, and his understanding of life between external randomness and natural selection is just fascinating. I love his thoughts, but not much about his wording actually.

双重束缚的追根溯源还得在这本里找,在贝特森这里同时是meta层面的交流机制,精神分裂的病理,生命进化跃升的关键,系统心智复杂性的体现。

不好读,作者是一个通才型选手,导致他科研均衡用力而成就不那么高,这本书名声在外,主要还是讲我们创造了一个我们感知的世界,乃至忽略了真实的世界。
