大概我没怎么读过成功学的书，我就是觉得通篇废话好多...简单概括就是Winners quit the right stuff at the right time. 中间讨论了Dip, Cliff, Cul-de-Sac三种情况，可现实哪有这么容易被classified..anyways对此类成功学书籍无感，final压力大读来一玩倒是可以。

一个半小时就可以读完的小书，系统地总结了关于“退出”这个话题。
“贵在坚持”，“坚持就是胜利”这些传统观念是如何误导我们的？
是否应该退出？何时应该退出？
这本书对这些问题抽丝剥茧地进行了分析，非常值得一读。

第一本在Audible上听完的有声书，很短。想法是简单的，排比型论述，听起来轻松，有启发。主旨是：别因为放弃而有愧疚感，该放弃时果决放弃，多几次也没关系。在爱和擅长的领域干到肝脑涂地才对。

Seth的一贯风格。这类书应该不算讨好的一类，来来回回的阐述一个观点讲一个道理，不过书倒也很短。的确，这个想法大家未必都不明白，但是很少有人会认真的去思考去行动，Seth帮我们一点点分析罗列下来，清楚的把利弊列举摆在面前，道理觉得懂了和真的懂了其实区别还是挺大。敢不敢认清事实及早退出，恐怕真的需要不小的勇气和非常长远的目光。

确实是本小书，有些小启发，面对死胡同，你会自辩这不是死胡同。平庸比放弃更容易，深陷困境不辞职接受一切的平庸也会比辞职更容易。学会判断自己处在什么阶段，下降、悬崖、死胡同，学会把悬崖变成斜坡。学会提前规划辞职，事前给自己定好辞职/放弃的原则，而不是到了那时凭当时的第一感觉，会出错，提前规划辞职。影响市场是爬山，影响人是爬墙，第一次爬墙能翻过去也就过去了，没过去只会发现墙越来越高 ，影响事比影响人容易。

道理很简单，但因为遇到这本书的时候正赶上特殊的时候，犯错而不自知，看了这本书醍醐灌顶。

Don’t play the game if you realize you can’t be the best in the world. 道理相对比较直接，但写的不是很engaging。
