【英】杰瑞米·侯德（Jeremy Horder） 1989年获得牛津大学博士学位，曾执教于牛津大学、伦敦国王学院，2013年起为伦敦政治经济学院刑法学教授。著有《激怒与责任》《犯罪免责》《杀人罪和法律改革的政治》等书，已发表学术论文五十余篇。

时延安，中国人民大学法学院教授、博士生导师，教育部人文社会科学重点研究基地中国人民大学刑事法律科学研究中心主任；中国犯罪学学会副会长，中国刑法学研究会常务理事。曾在纽约大学法学院、牛津大学犯罪学中心访学。在《中国社会科学》等刊物发表论文100余篇，出版3部专著，主编、译著12部。
史蔚，中国人民大学刑法学博士研究生，德国哥廷根大学联合培养博士研究生。
