老师做学生的时候是第2版原版 我做学生是第3版影印版 现在第4版也出来了 英文系经典教材

Reader's Choice 经典教程第四版。里面有些素材有些过时,但整体思路非常好,坚持按课时自学完不但语言方面可以进阶,亦会在思维方式上感受不小启发。

可磨硬功夫:难度适中,循序渐进,反复操练以达到内化的目的。选材极其宽泛,一分钟破案、恐怖小说、科学报告、新闻通讯、诗歌……绝对满足学生的兴趣。答案多避免专断(选择题),甚至力求开放(讨论),融会现实关切和语言测试;作者们直率可爱,有些题干相当有人情味,同选题一道于无声中传递了有关公民、自由、理性、尊重等概念的“美国价值”。当多刷几遍,或时时回翻本书奇数章相应讲义。但本质上此书仍是一本教材,其对象实... 可磨硬功夫:难度适中,循序渐进,反复操练以达到内化的目的。选材极其宽泛,一分钟破案、恐怖小说、科学报告、新闻通讯、诗歌……绝对满足学生的兴趣。答案多避免专断(选择题),甚至力求开放(讨论),融会现实关切和语言测试;作者们直率可爱,有些题干相当有人情味,同选题一道于无声中传递了有关公民、自由、理性、尊重等概念的“美国价值”。当多刷几遍,或时时回翻本书奇数章相应讲义。但本质上此书仍是一本教材,其对象实则是“在美国受英语培训的外国人”,故少量美式生活或风俗的“背景书”(Libri Sfondi)出现于练习时,易给非英语国家人士带来障碍;且自学者一缺乏教师反馈,二通常难组织小组讨论(需要成员里有NES),像讨论及作文环节就很可惜地不能充分利用;后期几个单元答案也稍嫌敷衍。因此还是课堂讲授效果最好。 (展开)
