虽然是学院作品，但不算艰涩，外行也看的明白。主要介绍潜意识研究的历史与现状。

评分是相对《思考，快与慢》和《神经的逻辑》的。本书实际是讨论了大脑的第一系统和第二系统，但相对《思考快与慢》论点不够系统严谨，例子比起《神经的逻辑》又不够有趣。如果没有一些心理学术语基础，有些例子理解起来可能会有一些晦涩。但是作为前面提到的两本书的补充来看，比如对于性格、自我认知、心口不一的论证，还是有可圈可点的地方的。

啊…觉得很多不一定要用潜意识来解释吧…觉得作者写得好乱啊…很怀疑practice就能慢慢地改变unconscious？为什么unconscious 和conscious 就一定要是两个系统…！
