断断续续看过一些章节，现在终于开全了。写得浅显，最适合做入门读物。其中usability testing章节不错，即使有一定经验的人，还是能学到新的东西。适合lean ux使用。

UX入门书，浅显易懂，相应的废话也多，倒是推荐了一堆实用的书，比如 Influence: The Psychology of Persuasion...
