看到豆瓣和Amazon上很多人批评这本书很商业，我倒是觉得有些观点还是挺独到和深刻的，很多问题从历史根源上做了分析。人家也没强迫你用他家的数据和产品，再说我看了眼他们公司的招聘要求对数据分析的要求还是很高的。做不来还吐槽人家这就不对了啊。昨天在Urban Land Institute上最新的一些报道也有引用他们的数据分析，还是很与时俱进上进的不单单满足给人挂挂牌的公司

书中很多观点都是已知的，但是赞赏作者的态度，几乎每个观点都有数据佐证。虽然数据也会骗人，分析的方法也不一定准确。除了已知的观点，还是有几个比较有意思的发现。1.房子最佳lisitng time是march，因为天气刚转好，大家都会积极看房。但是相应的，其他的seller也会抢在这个时间list，所以最好避开第一波listing burst，差不多三月下旬list。2.listing price里面第一个非0数字如果是9，会给人感觉更好。比如729000.
