分线索叙事太多头了，看的很乱，而且都是最后几章才将线索收束在一起，再加上满溢的碎片化意象描述，众多的次要人物人名，看得吃力，没有快感。到目前为止个人觉得威廉吉布森最好的是《全息玫瑰碎片》，短篇紧凑丰满，《差分机》《零伯爵》这些个长篇稍显掌控力不足。

典型的吉布森式写作风格，不看到最后根本不知道要讲什么，不看第二遍根本不知道讲了什么，不看第三遍根本不知道怎么讲的。 三部曲划上了句点，不过赛博空间里面的争斗还没有结束。 第一部的反派加上第二部的主角，完成了第三部的大圆满。
