The first Su Buchin Prize from the International Congress of Industrial and Applied Mathematics, and the Haimo Prize from the Mathematical Association of America, were awarded for his contributions to teaching around the world. 作为工作快3年且工作内容都没用过,也能看的热血沸腾

老教授讲课很随性,经常因为台上想自己该如何讲清楚某个知识而口吃,然后冷不丁会蹦出来些段子。“高斯当然比我们先想到这个定理,因为他出生的早——当然,也死的早。”

课已经刷完了,书还没有看完,希望至少看到第7章吧。总的来说真的很好,但有些我以为比较重要的话题过的有点快(比如Linear transformation)....刷到了第8章。需要回顾定期回顾一下重点知识:四个子空间,不同的factorization,determinant以及linear transformation(这个感觉貌似不是很扎实).有一个小震撼是原来Ax=b里面包含了那么多层的含义!... 课已经刷完了,书还没有看完,希望至少看到第7章吧。总的来说真的很好,但有些我以为比较重要的话题过的有点快(比如Linear transformation)....刷到了第8章。需要回顾定期回顾一下重点知识:四个子空间,不同的factorization,determinant以及linear transformation(这个感觉貌似不是很扎实).有一个小震撼是原来Ax=b里面包含了那么多层的含义!甚至很大一部分的factorization都是为了求最接近的解。 (展开)

不如B站搜“丘维声 高等代数”,虽然叫高等代数,但是,定义清晰,循循善诱,知其然也知其所以然。学线性代数的也可以看,甚至比只看线性代数的视频还容易弄懂。我一开始也是只学线性代数,比如这本。看完后,概念还是模模糊糊,不知来龙去脉。没有理解,就更难去应用(包括做题)。(发现,视频比书本,多了旁白,能更好的引导思路。)

买的第一本原版国外书,也是目前唯一一本。个人感觉还行。
