这不比《李xx基本乐理》好太多。可国内还继续用。说真的，这本dk条理无比清楚，简单易懂，就拿节奏章节来说，真的不是一点点完爆了。

作为一本面向儿童的科普类入门书籍，内容的选取非常好，全面、丰富、条理清晰，尤其各种图示生动美观，非常适合小朋友大朋友全都来读一下。听说中文版删去了"help your kids"的标题，非常合适，因为太多人——无论成人儿童、接没接触过音乐和乐器——都缺乏基本的音乐知识了。不然在中国也不会有小提琴十级都考完了的小孩，跟我说到现在也没明白小提琴四根弦为啥叫G、D、A、E弦。。。
