由于作者没有按时间顺序写作，这是一本读起来很头疼的历史书，但值得付出努力读下来。在二战和战后为美国情报界做出卓越贡献却被遗忘的女性们，终于有人讲出了她们的故事。

二刷。写法很负责的一本非虚构，不仅叙写了二战时女性密码破译者们的种种经历，还囊括了对密码学的基本知识和当时社会背景的交代。 战时挥洒青春热血，战后一切归于平淡，甚至窘迫，殊不知社会分配价值也得论资排辈。好在人人心里自有一把秤，给得起自己交代，经得住历史评判。
