The body clock is most responsive to sunlight in the early morning, between 6 a.m. and 8:30 a.m.
Direct sunlight outdoors for at least one-half hour has been shown to produce the most benefit
Even on an overcast day, the sun’s rays will make their way through and positively influence your hormone function.
But, truly you are more powerful than you know to affect change in your life and get yourself the natural sunlight you require.
