这本书我看的2023版,精装,封面会比较像法式烹饪那个系列的风格,搜了下原来1975年就有了。菜谱完全没图,内容量巨大,前面几种做法看过以后就感觉懂了,香料就那么些,基本就是油煎香料然后加主料之后再调整成需要的质感继续加香料调整,很多糊糊,甜品也可以是糊糊,糊糊博大精深
