两个经济学家的减肥心得，中间穿插一些行为经济学，铺得有点儿开，不过两个话题正好都是我感兴趣的，所以能看下去。我也同意他们的观点，所谓这个diet，那个diet，几乎都是很难持续的。说到底控制体重的关键就是要少吃。现代人如果还像狩猎采集时代那么吃，不胖才怪！
