有些repetitive 这本书对于暴食症人的心理建设还是有帮助的 一些小的tips看起来也很实用。当时买的时候是想看怎么治嘴馋,后来发现暴食症真的很可怕,可能也是孤独和压力一起作用的结果。

比起国内出版的神经性暴食读物 至少有用多了
